KYC Authentification Process Tutorial

Hello! This document will serve as a guide to help you complete your KYC (Know Your Customer) process on erable°'s app. The KYC, or 'Know Your Customer,' is mandatory for investing and enables us to provide you with a secure framework for your investment. ** This process is easier to manipulate on your phone. However, in can still be done on computer.
KYC Authentification Process Tutorial

1) Log in:

- Tap app.erable.com on your browser.

- Click on “Login - Sign up”.

- Choose to connect via Email or Wallet.


- Sign and confirm your erable° signature.

- Create your account by choosing a unique username.

2) KYC Process:

- Click on 'Verify your identity” situated on the upper right corner of your screen. A window will pop up.

- Start by reviewing and accepting the terms and conditions.


- First step is the face scan:

—> Make sure you're granting camera permission.

—> Position your face inside the circle and follow the instructions (make sure you're in a well-lit space).

-Once that's done, move to the second step: ID Document:

—>Select your document country.

—> Choose your preferred document (either passport or national ID, no other formats are accepted).

—> Scan your document using the camera of your phone. Old photos of your document won't be accepted, the photo must be recent and taken on the spot. Make sure all of your document is visible, clear, and with no hidden spots.


All done! All you have to do now is wait for your verification on the erable° app!
