Tom Bobst, aged 22, is part of this new generation of entrepreneurs aware of the need for transformation in our current world...
As an ecological transition consultant, Tom references a range of solutions, develops technical expertise, and builds a network of partners.
Following guidance provided to a hotel, it is with the support of Frédéric, his father, that he founded BOBSON, a company importing wastewater recycling systems into France. Both are passionate about sports, and the father and son tackle all challenges to meet sector expectations.
Following the announcement of the water plan in February 2023, after 15 years of national commercial development, Maxime Buffel joins the venture to oversee network development. Aware of technical needs, through meetings and exchanges, Jérémy Bardou, a plumber who has fully satisfied his clientele for 10 years, takes charge of technical direction for installations.
H2O CARE was born out of passion and innovation to facilitate ecological transition and ensure the world of tomorrow...
Today, every time we go to the bathroom, we flush the toilet with drinking water... Absurd? YES!
Imagine capturing the water from our showers and sending it (clean and odorless) to our toilets. That would be great, wouldn't it?
This is possible with our solution:
A compact, self-contained, chemical-free recycling system.
Save 25% to 45% on your total water consumption with reused water that is clean, clear, safe, and disinfected. Increase the value of your property, reduce your water and energy bills, and most importantly, your carbon footprint.
The H300 system collects and treats all water from the bathroom. The idea is to reuse 95% of this water for non-potable uses such as toilets, laundry, cleaning, watering, etc.
In France, households consume an average of 148 m³ of water annually, with average bills totaling €516, varying according to household size. Awareness among the French regarding their water consumption is increasing, with 67% reducing their usage for economic reasons and 52% for ecological reasons. Eco-responsible behaviors such as limiting baths and judicious use of household appliances are gaining popularity. With approximately 29 million households in France and 1.5 showers per household, the shower market totals around 43.5 million units. H2O Care also targets sectors with high water consumption such as businesses, gyms, hotels, and campsites. Combining residential, commercial, and public markets, aligned with the shift towards more sustainable water consumption, creates significant market opportunities for H2O Care.
The environmental and social impact of H2O Care's grey water recycling systems is quantifiable and significantly positive, especially compared to traditional water management solutions. Considering these benefits, we can demonstrate that H2O Care's revenue growth directly correlates with an increased positive environmental impact.
1️⃣ Water Savings: enable 25% to 45% savings on a household's total water consumption. This means an average household saves up to 75,000 liters of water annually. In contrast, traditional solutions generally do not include water recycling or allow for such savings.
2️⃣ Environmental Impact: Each installation of a grey water recycling system reduces the overall demand for potable water and decreases the amount of wastewater released into the environment. These savings contribute to preserving water resources, reducing pressure on aquatic ecosystems, and helping maintain groundwater levels.
H2O Care sells directly to its customers two wastewater recycling systems: the H300 and the H600. These two products adapt to the volume of wastewater to be recycled, catering to individual households for the H300 and larger structures for the H600, respectively. The system is offered at a price ranging from €5200 excluding taxes to €8500 excluding taxes, depending on the corresponding volume.
A subscription is also required for the H600, amounting to €21 per month for maintenance.
To date, H2O Care has sold 70 systems with an average basket value of €11,500.
The customer base is distributed with 30% in BtoC (individuals) and 70% in BtoB (hotels, developers, landlords, campsites, local authorities...).
H2O Care also offers a range of secondary products, such as water-saving shower heads and hydro-efficient toilet tanks. These products complement the main gray water recycling system perfectly, offering a complete solution for efficient water management.
